My new squat/bench rack arrived a day early! It's here it's here it's here!!!! I can use my new barbell and bench now!

Sorry, couldn't resist...but I figure you guys, of all people, will understand why this is exciting. :cool:

*rushes away in search of tools for assembly*

WooHoo! Santa came early...that is exciting, do we get to see a picture :)

My carpet was installed today so I'm excited too! Now for the moving furniture yet one last time yay!

I am EXTREMELY jealous!

I'm going shopping for an Olympic bar and >150kg of weight on the Christmas break. I'd love a rack, but I'll have to stick with the bar for now.

@ Posy -- Picture, yes! ...just as soon as I get a new video card for my desktop computer so I can access my photo editing software. :)

@ Tarlach -- I know the feeling. I've wanted this home gym since April. Finally got an Olympic bar, curl bar, plates, bench, and rack. WooHOO!!

Barbey - sounds like a great setup!

Personally, I only like doing pullups at home. Otherwise, I like making an event of working out. But that stance changes with my moods, and the season I guess.

Congrats! Looking forward to some pics when you get all set up.

I see your point. I like going to a gym now and again, too...but as I live a hour's drive out into the country, it's not practical for daily life. That's why I'm SO happy to finally have more iron in my house. :)
