Per our member, "Get Primal's" suggestion, I want to pose a great question to the community:
If you could only do five exercises for the rest of eternity, what would those five exercises be?
Here are mine:
1. Pull-ups
2. Squats
3. Dead Lifts
4. Swimming Sprints
5. ISO Pushups (will add a video of how I do them soon)
Thanks "Get Primal" for the question. Looking forward to hearing some answers.

2. Pick-Up Basketball
3. Walking Lunges
4. Burpees
5. Bench press (just makes me feel like a man!)
Surprised no-one has said "sex." haha, that is a primal activity, and can certainly be a workout!

Some of you may have heard of, or even read the New Rules of Lifting (which I would recommend if you have not read it). The authors concentrate on the six natural movements:
Squat
Bend
Lunge
Push
Pull
Twist
I happen to think the first 5 are the most important, and if I had to pick five specific exercises, I would pick 5 that incorporate those 5 movements.

Oooh, good topic!
1. Snowboarding
2. Climbing rocks or hiking to jump into a lake over and over (I don't know what to call this, but it should be a sport)
3. Swimming in a lake to explore and look at rocks underwater (I don't know what else to call this either)
4. Box Jumps
5. Barefoot sprints

1. Deadlift
2. Thruster (Front Squat into Push Press)
3. Pullup
4. Club swinging
5. Rowing

- The Living Room Boogie (aerobic dancing to loud music)
- Cycling
- Ice skating
- push-ups
- lunges/squats (I know, I'm cheating by adding a 6th, but I usually do them both together.)
This makes me sound more fit than I am. :) I'm into random activity as my so-called fitness plan. I have zero discipline. If it's not fun (or at least very brief), I'm not doing it.
