Just posting a couple of pics of me making and eating some homemade sashimi! Who else does this? Any tips/tricks? I now include seaweed paper too, wrap the fish, avocado, and mango together. La Bella Vida!

How did you manage to photograph Adonis?? in a lime-green tank at that!

Haha... easy DWC! It was a great meal. Anyone else ever make homemade sashimi? If so, where do you get your fish? What do you mix with it?

PK, I love the idea of avo and mango with sashimi!! Do you also use the traditional wasabe and soy sauce?
