This is the workout equivilent of the "what did you eat today" thread. Feel free to share!
I haven't worked out yet today (early to the office instead), but yesterday's WOD was a rapid-fire progression through:
Tabata thrusters
Side planks
Tabata stair hops
Hanging leg raises (straight and twisting sets)
Tabata mountain climbers (OWWW! Hard!)
Front plank
I also hauled a whole lot of buckets full of water out to my horse paddocks.

Today was my Body by Science day. I hit the gym to do a modified Big 5. My knees have been bothering me, and I think I have patellar tendonitis; I first cut out squats and lunges and switched to a leg press machine, but they still got aggravated. This week I cut out all lifting with my legs.
10 min on rowing machine to warm up
Chest press
Lat pulldown
Rows w/ 20# dumbbells
Overhead press w/ 15# dumbbells
Modified deadlifts w/ 45# bar (from bench, not floor, and not heavy, due to knee problems)
Plank
Tabata on stationary bike (not lifting, but sure as hell works my legs!)

Thursday: I came home in a bad mood due to work issues, so I went for something simple but tough. Crank up the music. Pick a few (mostly bodyweight) exercises. Max out on first set. Do 3 more sets, in rotation, meeting the first-set max each time even if you have to break it into sub-sets. Results:
Pushups (w/ dumbbells): 30 / 25+5/ 17+7+5 / 20+10
Lunges (w/ 24 lb db): 20 each leg / 20 ea / 10x2 ea / 10x2 ea
Chinups (dead hang): 6 / 5+1 / 5+1 / 4+2
HLRs (knee to elbow): 15 / 15 / 15 / 15

That sounds like fun, Annika! I hope to do some more snowshoeing over Christmas. :)
Yesterday's workout:
8x stair flight hops (1 minute sets of as many 2-footed jumps up a flight of stairs as possible), with 1 minute sets of overhead presses, delt raises, chest flies, and bicep curls in between.
Today:
6x rotation of pushups, heavy walking lunges, weighted dips, renegade rows, and chinups.

What is snowshoeing? Sounds intense...
I have been getting into punching bag workouts. Just banging on those things for about 45 minutes to an hour a day.

Snowshoeing can be easy or super-hard, depending on the snow. Groomed trails are very easy and it can be just like walking. I have snowshoed in deep, soft, fresh powder, sinking in to my thighs each time, and was in a heavy sweat with a pounding heart in just a few minutes. Using ski pole gives you a little bit of an upper body workout too.
